Why?

I've spent my career as a strength and movement coach learning and developing.

Not just to breakthrough my own roadblocks but also because I have witnessed the barriers that my clients have bumped up against over the years too and I wanted to build something to last and get my clients educated so they can stand on their own two feet feeling capable and confident to move well and achieve longevity!

Basically, since 2014, I have been in the arena, doing the ground work for you and I have sifted through all the bullsh*t to find a method that really works. 

 

Now, I teach people how to move and train in a way that is efficient to get the most out of the time you dedicate to the gym. 

 

There's a not a single person that doesn't benefit from efficient movement.

Longevity, strength, physical capability, confidence... you name it - the benefits are endless!

 

There are plenty of mobility, strength and flexibility programs accessible now and it's so refreshing to witness this huge shift in our industry but at Wild Fox Way, we go the extra mile.
